Supplement brands that work with fitness influencers

Mostly with one creator each, through a code. Of the nine supplement brands with 15 or more fitness YouTube videos carrying their code or link in the last 12 months, seven got at least 80% of them from a single channel.

Source: Our own count of fitness YouTube videos from October 29, 2025 to October 29, 2026, with every brand ranked on our brands page

Supplement brands had their code or link in 340 fitness YouTube videos in that year, about one in six of all the fitness videos with a brand's code or link.

What the deal looks like

It's a code with the creator's name on it, kept in the description video after video. None of these nine brands has a video in our data that names it as the sponsor.

  • SYDNEY for GHOST, on Sydney Cummings Houdyshell's channel. All 23 of GHOST's videos in that year are hers.
  • HECK for Troponin Supplements, on Jon Heck's channel. All 19 are his.
  • WESLEY for ESN, on Wesley Vissers' channel, 17 of its 27.
  • FRONING for MTN OPS, on CrossFit Mayhem, 17 of its 21.

When all of a brand's videos sit on one channel, check whether that creator owns part of the brand before you count it as a sponsorship you could buy.

On Instagram the deal looks different. The product sits in the shot.

How GHOST talks about it

GHOST launched with five or six influencers, and every one was already a friend from the founders' previous careers. Its co-founder on what the brand asks of the creators it signs:

“In a lot of our influencer agreement contracts ... we don't even have posting commitments ... if you love the brand, if you take the product, just share it in any way that makes sense for you that's digestible to your community.”

What it means for a supplement brand

  1. Look at which channels the active brands already sit on. GHOST, Cutler Nutrition, Troponin Supplements and Evogen Nutrition each got every one of their videos in the last year from one channel.
  2. Then look for the channels your buyers watch that no supplement brand has kept yet. That list is what we pull for the free audit.
