Before we talk, you get a free fitness creator audit

We build it from our count of 409 sponsored fitness videos, and whether you sell protein, barefoot shoes or a macro tracking app, it shows you which creators to book next.

Creators who fit your buyer

The home workout, powerlifting and running channels whose followers would really want your product and can afford it.

Who your rivals sponsor

Which creators brands like yours sponsor, from Gymshark to MyProtein, which ones they keep coming back to, and who they haven't worked with yet.

How your own creators compare

For each creator you already work with, how many sponsored fitness videos they've made and how many times other brands came back to them.

What this looks like for a fitness brand

409sponsored videos
123fitness creators
234brands
153 millionviews on those videos

Our own count of sponsored YouTube videos, as of 2026-10-29.

01

A few creators who keep posting about you

In our data, Vivobarefoot's 109 videos with its code or link come from just 3 creators, and Marek Health's 88 come from 3 creators as well. We book your creators for months at a time in the same way.

02

Your sales don't depend on one creator

In our data, Gymshark has 147 videos with its code or link across 27 creators, and MacroFactor has 83 videos with its code or link across 10 creators. We add creators over time so your sales are spread the same way.

03

The videos that sold become ads

After the first videos are up, we get the rights to run the workout or review that sold best as an ad on Meta and TikTok, from the creator's own account.

04

A code for every creator

Each fitness creator gets their own coupon code or tracking link, so you can tell which one brought in orders and which one only brought views.

How we work with fitness brands, step by step

  1. 1

    We study your product

We pin down what makes you different and how you want the product framed, in a workout, a review or a day of eating, then look at which of your competitors' sponsored videos performed well and which fell flat.

  2. 2

We match creators to your buyer

We confirm where you sell and ship, then map your buyer against creator data, down to whether they lift, run or train at home.

  3. 3

    We bring you a shortlist

We present a set of fitness creators that fit, from big channels to the small ones brands keep booking. You approve them, and we lock in the roster and the plan.

  4. 4

We brief each creator and review the video

Your value propositions go into every creative brief, and we review every single video before it goes live, including anything said about a supplement.

  5. 5

    We track each creator's sales

We set up a coupon code or a UTM link for each creator. That lets us see exactly how many customers come in through each influencer, and how many keep buying.

  6. 6

We keep the creators who sell

At the three-month mark, we keep the creators who hit your cost per sale, replace the ones who didn't, and put more money behind the winners as ads on Meta and TikTok.

Why influencer stays a side channel at most fitness brands

2.5-3%of a typical marketing budget goes to influencer

Influencer marketing gets roughly 2.5 to 3% of the marketing budget (eMarketer), despite its ability to bring the best conversions, the best leads, and build perpetual brand value for a protein, apparel or gear brand.

We asked 50+ health and wellness brands why they can't scale influencer marketing

“We keep paying more for the same results”

Why it happensEvery video a lifter or runner makes for you needs a flat fee, and they only post when they are paid.

“A few creators bring in almost all our sales”

Why it happensThey've run out of fitness creators they know, the new ones are overpriced or don't perform, and every new flavor or drop starts from zero.

“Influencer is still a side channel next to Meta”

Why it happensThey want creators to win customers for less than their Meta ads do, and it never gets big enough to matter.

What it usually looks like in fitness

  • Thousands of cold outreaches to every account that posts gym videos.
  • Onboarding lifters and runners only to find most of them don't perform.
  • Churning onto new creators after three months, once their followers have heard the same code in every workout.
  • The relationship never gets past a transaction, and that's why influencer stays a side channel.

Why us

We've counted 409 sponsored fitness videos

They come from 123 creators, so we know which ones brands booked once and which ones they came back to.

01

We judge every creator on cost per sale, not views or likes

A small lifting channel that sells your protein stays, and a big one that doesn't is dropped.

02

Your team learns to run it

We install the systems and teach them to your team, so after six to eighteen months your own marketers can run your fitness creators.

03

We work inside supplement rules every day

Protein, pre-workout and creatine have rules on what can be said, and health and wellness is one of our core lanes.

04

We've worked across 55+ brands over the last year, and helped companies 2-3x their Black Friday launches.

Questions brands ask us

How do brands find fitness influencers?

We check how many times brands have come back to sponsor a creator again, across 409 sponsored fitness videos in our data. We look at how old the accounts leaving comments are, to spot real fans instead of bought, fake followers. And we look for people asking real questions about their training, because when fans come to a creator to learn, they often have more money to spend on better products.

Which brands sponsor fitness influencers?

In our data, 234 brands have sponsored fitness creators on YouTube. Gymshark leads with 147 videos with its code or link, then GORNATION with 142, Vivobarefoot with 109 and MyProtein with 92. The top 50 are ranked on our brands page, with how many creators each one paid.

Who are the top fitness influencers for brand deals?

The ones brands book again and again. In our data, Indoor Cycling Videos has 87 videos with a code or link, Calisthenics Worldwide 86, Mark Bell's Power Project 84 and Flora Beverley 78. Our influencers page ranks the top 50 with their subscribers and sponsors.

How much do fitness influencers cost?

A small calisthenics channel and a lifter with millions of subscribers don't charge the same, so we quote per creator once we know your product and goals. We negotiate every deal hard, and in a lot of cases the rate we land is low enough that the savings alone offset our fee.
